What is Musical in a Week?
Musical in a Week is exactly what it sounds like. Across five focused days at our Holmesville studio, the cast learns, rehearses and stages a complete junior musical together. It's a big, joyful push. Young performers build confidence fast, make friends quickly, and finish the week with a real performance for family and friends.
It suits families who want a short, intense production experience in the school holidays rather than a longer rehearsal season.
Curious what it looks like? Our last Musical in a Week, 13 JR (19–24 January 2026), is on the 13 JR page.
Why Legally Blonde JR?
Legally Blonde JR is bright, funny and full of heart. It follows Elle Woods proving everyone wrong, and it has upbeat songs and plenty of stage moments for a whole company. It's a great fit for performers who love to sing, move and play big characters.
Places are limited: still recruiting a committed cast
Places are limited for Legally Blonde JR Musical in a Week. Auditions are still open, and we're building a committed cast who can give the intensive week their full focus. If that sounds like your young performer, we'd love to see them.
