Musical In a Week

Join us for an unforgettable day of performing arts fun featuring your favourite themes: Barbie, Trolls, Taylor Swift, Mario, Matilda, Shrek, Pokémon, Aladdin, Harry Potter, and Frozen!

Creative Kids vouchers: Can be used for our workshop, please email through your vouchers to whattheatreco@gmail.com

What to bring: Food/snacks and water for your child as the workshop runs from 9:00am-4:30pm we will break for morning tea and lunch. All children will be supervised for the entirety of the workshop.

Terms and Conditions for Booking a Performing Arts Workshop

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your workshop. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

   • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your booking.

1. Payment

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

1. Refund Policy

   • Refunds are only available if requested at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled workshop date.

   • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to whattheatreco@gmail.com

   • No refunds will be given for requests made less than one week before the workshop date.

 

1. Transfer Policy

   • If your child is unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your booking to another date, provided there are spots available.

   • Transfer requests must be made in writing via email to whattheatreco@gmail.com

   • Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original workshop date.

   • If there are no available spots on the requested new date, the original booking remains in effect.

 

1. Workshop Changes and Cancellations

   • What Theatre Company reserves the right to change or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or insufficient enrolment.

   • In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available workshop date.

 

1. Participant Responsibilities

   • Participants are expected to arrive on time.

   • Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop instructor for their safety and the safety of others.
